BEASTIEstylez is an artist from Munich. In her pictures, she tells little stories that remind of Alice in Wonderland, Pipi Longstocking or a fairy tale from the fairy forest. BLASH

IG @triptonious

A prominent member of the first generation of graffiti artists in 1983, Blash started spraying early on, founded the Blash Loomit Corporation with Loomit, and later joined one of Munich's most famous crews from 1984, The Force.

In the winter of 84-85, Blash had sprayed a piece at night on the flea market grounds, Dachauerstrasse and was surprised by the Austrian artist Gerhard Drache, who had his studio there. Enthusiastic about Blash's work, he supported Blash and later also Loomit. Drache introduced the two young artists to the flea market tenants, the Spitzbarth brothers, who then legally authorised the walls, which became the first internationally known Hall of Fame.

Blash also was part of the famous Geltendorfer Zug of 1985, the first whole train which he sprayed with Don M. Zaza, Cheech, Loomit, Roy, Roscoe and Zip.

Besides art and making music, Blash currently organises local and international culture & music events.

BOND TRULUV

truluv.de, IG @bondtruluv

Born in 1981 Bond became involved with graffiti-writing at the beginning of this millennium. Since then he has eagerly committed himself to examine new ways of composing letters and calligraphic ways of expression, as well as modes of fine arts and graphic design. Being a true multimedia artist he is constantly experimenting with different materials such as canvas, installations, video mapping and long exposure photography. Lately he focused on new technologies and was the first Graffiti artist to embed augmented reality (AR) animations into his pieces, pushing the boundaries of urban contemporary art further ahead and creating spectacularly vivid images, morphing reality and dimensions within the pieces and the locations they are applied in.

BUTLER

mitgutsch.de

Butler a young talented artist, uninfluenced by the NY graffiti, sprayed in the early 80s mainly by himself in Munich's university district Schwabing. Calling himself Butler, he focused more on characters inspired by the popular Philip Marlowe figure. Today Butler is a well-known artist, publishing his work in newspapers and magazines, illustrating children's books and specialising in hidden picture puzzles in which he uses caricatures and comic characters.
"The people are somehow important to me; I do all of this for them, after all. My name is an allusion to simply spraying pictures that people like. It was a spontaneous idea to spray gangsters. I used to enjoy reading Raymond Chandler's crime novels back then. And the character who keeps appearing in my pictures is indeed the hero of these novels: Philip Marlowe." (source: Treek, 2001)
