OMIKRON

IG @omikron_27

Munich’s first female mathematician and artist, well known for her large colourful portraits since 2021. Omikron's works can be found across Munich's legal walls. Omikron started her career with painting hand-cut stencils before discovering freehand spraypainting.
She chose her artist‘s name after the Greek letter Omicron, since dealing with the Greek alphabet a lot in mathematics. Coincidentally, a Covid-19 virus variant was named Omicron shortly after.
